To process a claim please email us a picture of the broken product along with the name of the product and your order number.
You may choose one of the following forms for compensation:
Refund, once approved will be returned using the same form of payment used for the purchase.
Store credit to be used towards your next purchase.
Replacement in which case will be sent out along with your next order.
